Prefabricated is a term used to describe building completed offsite; that is, not on your property. This means it is more cost and time effective; allowing us to deliver your cabin at a great rate, in a shorter time frame than usual, and ready to be connected to services. It also means your property remains free of tradies, construction and mess during the build process.

Our Premium range start at just $145,000. They are high quality, with a great range of up market inclusions as standard such as Velux skylights, double glazed windows, Polytec joinery, designer fixtures and fittings, and much more. The final cost of any project, is of course dependent on location, site access and available services.

The build time for our range is 8-14 weeks and there is currently minimal to no wait time to start construction.

We can supply our homes Australia-wide, and can supply and install across Victoria and New South Wales.

All of our homes are built off-site in our Echuca/Moama facility and transported to your property when it is ready for installation.

We are passionate about delivering a high-quality product to you every time and therefore are focused on the floor plans that we have refined and perfected with our expert designers.
We can, however, arrange custom designs if our pre-designed floor plans don't suit your needs.
