Owned and operated by Kane and Shelby Morris, alongside their passionate team, Modset is quickly establishing itself as a benchmark in the modular building landscape. Modset is the sister company of the well-recognised domestic builder, KJ Morris Constructions, sharing the same values of quality, professionalism and a personalised approach.
Kane
DIRECTOR AND MASTER BUILDER
Kane has over 16 years experience in the building industry and has worked in a range of settings, as well as interstate. An 'ideas man', he is the brains behind the big picture vision, as well as bringing quality workmanship to every project.
Shelby
GENERAL MANAGER
Shelby has a background in law and is an integral part of the day to day functioning of KJ Morris Constructions, as well as handling all accounts and contracts.
Alenka
SALES MANAGER
Alenka has a number of years experience in display home sales, is a qualified teacher also, and manages all sales enquiries for KJ Morris Constructions. She will guide you through the process from start to finish.
Ashley
LABOURER
Ash has a background in education and insurance, and is enjoying the change of pace and scenery working with a dynamic team.
Kieran
CARPENTER
Kieran recently completed his Carpentry apprenticeship with KJ Morris Constructions and is now a fully qualified Carpenter. Over that time, he has quickly developed his skills and confidence in his role and enjoys the challenge of the diverse projects the team is working on.
Bruce
FABRICATOR
Bruce has been with us for 2 years after working in the agriculture industry. He’s an expert welder and makes all of our subframes in-house.
Sam
BUILD TEAM
Sam has begun his Carpentry apprenticeship with KJ Morris Constructions this year and already displays dedication and a willingness to learn. Sam has a passion for building and is keen to continue to grow his knowledge and skills in all areas of building.
Kobey
BUILD TEAM
Kobey has joined KJ Morris Constructions this year as a fourth year apprentice. He enjoys a fast-paced working environment, is particularly interested in the modular house building process, and brings a positive energy to the team.
