From initial concept to final installation, our team expertly manages every phase of your project. We’re with you from the early design and costing stages, through construction, quality assurance, and delivery. With a commitment to precision and excellence, we ensure a smooth, transparent process and a finished home you’ll be proud of.
01 Initial Consults
Decide on your preferred design and selections. Formal quote is provided with delivery estimate, any selected extras and installation cost. Prices are subject to a site visit by our team.
02 Sign Contract
Deposit is due at time of signing contract. You will receive copies of your build contract and confirmed selections.We will commence the permit process with the Building Surveyor and Council on your behalf.
03 Build Start
Proposed build schedule will be provided. Construction of your selected design will begin.
04 Updates
Photo updates with be provided throughout the build process. Walk throughs will be available by appointment.
05 Site Preparation
Please refer to our Site Preparation document. Once everything is ready on site, footings will be installedand inspected by a surveyor.
06 Handover
Once build is complete, your prefab home will be transported to your property. Connection of services can be arranged by us, or independently. Handover of your cabin will occur on agreed date.
07 Defects
Defect checklist will be completed by both parties. Once the 4-week defect period has ended, we will ensure all defects are corrected.
08 Feedback
An optional feedback form will be provided to you to ensure we can continue to provide the best possible service to our clients.
